Who’s the most complicated person you work with? You probably already know. You’ve memorized their quirks, navigated their moods, and endured the chaos they bring to the team. You’ve tried to fix them, avoid them, or dream of sending them to another galaxy altogether.

But here’s the truth: You still have to work with them. (And let’s be honest—your next job will probably have someone just like them.)

So what do you do? You learn how to work with them well.

This summer, join us for a powerful 9-week mastermind course based on Ryan Leak’s game-changing book, How To Work With Complicated People. You’ll gain practical, proven tools to build stronger teams, improve communication, and stay sane in the process.

  • Detox your expectations and embrace reality without resentment

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately, even in tension
